Replacement Policy
Toastytoesfirewood.com offers a replacement policy for our customers of merchandise exchange only. Toastytoesfirewood.com does not offer a return for refund of products sold. We make every effort to only sell the highest quality products in order to meet or exceed our customers' expectations. If there is ever a problem, we do offer product replacement if it is shown to be defective.
For a replacement claim, we need to be notified within 30 days of receipt of goods via phone call, text or e-mail. A phone call, text or e-mail must be acknowledged by us to be valid. We do request proof of purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a customer places an order where the shipping address does not align with the correct selected town and corresponding delivery charge, then Toasty Toes Firewood will either issue a refund subject to a $20 processing fee or contact the customer and deliver the order subject to an agreed upon delivery charge C.O.D.
